Graduated from Bishop Keough Regional High School - 1976. Employed in various offices - duties included accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll. Employed in architectural firm preparing specifications 1981 to 1983. Hired by a commercial roofing contractor 1983, general office help. Attended Community College of Rhode Island 1984, computer courses. Attended Rhode Island School of Design in 1985 and 1986 for certificates in Blue Print Reading I & II. Began estimating duties 1985. Duties included estimating and accounting. Elected Vice President 1988 until resignation May 1993. Started McKenna Roofing & Construction, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Rhode Island in May 1993. Serving as President-Treasurer & controller. Attended Community College of Rhode Island 1994-1995 for Accounting. Duties include overseeing estimating, accounting through trial balance, working with CPA to prepare financial statements; liaison with banks and bonding companies. Working with field managers and clients from bidding through completion. Earned the Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License, Number 076693 in March 2000, as well as Rhode Island Sheetmetal Journey license, June 2000.

JOSEPH W. McKENNA - Vice President-Secretary, Sales

Graduated from East Providence High School -1975. Employed in the roofing industry from 1975 to 1993. Worked as laborer and promoted through the ranks to superintendent. Started McKenna Roofing & Construction, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Rhode Island in June 1993. Serving as Vice President, until present. Main capacity within firm is as sales person from first contact through contract close out as liaison with owner/owner's representative and office.

EDMOND A. BEAUVAIS, JR. - Executive Superintendent

Graduated from Davies Vocational Technical School - 1982. Employed by a roofing contractor 1987 - 1996. Began as laborer, promoted to Foreman 1990. Hired by McKenna Roofing & Construction, Inc. 1996 as Executive Superintendent. Duties include safety, attending job site meetings, technical assistance to crews. Management of crews. Earned the Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License, Number 076687 in March 2000, as well as Rhode Island Sheetmetal Journey license, June 2000.

MARK EMOND - Estimator

Graduated from Suffield High School, Connecticut - 1974. Served in United States Navy 1975 - 1983 as Petty Officer, with honorable discharge. Employed 1984 - 1989 as on site supervisor and assistant manager for medium size construction company in Manchester, New Hampshire. Self employed as residential general contractor, 1989 - 1994. Worked for various roofing companies 1994 - 1998, starting as a laborer working up to roofer completing all types of roofing installations. Hired by McKenna Roofing & Construction, Inc. December 1998 as estimator.
